RECEPTION / OFFICE MANAGEMENT

(M/F/D – 20 H)

For our new office in the centre of Leipzig we are looking for support at the reception and in office management from July. If you are looking for a part-time job and/or are still studying and are willing to work from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. every day and enjoy dealing with people, coordinating and organizing, then we look forward to receiving your application!

Your tasks

  • Reception incl. telephone exchange
  • Friendly reception and guest hospitality in the office
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Office Management (ordering and administration of office supplies, arrangements with external service providers etc.)
  • Preparation and follow-up of internal meetings & the conference rooms
  • Taking over team-spanning assistance tasks and coordination of appointments
  • Feelgood Management (organisation of team events, ordering drinks etc.)

Your profile

  • Comparable professional experience in hotel, company or trade
  • Successfully completed training
  • Secure handling of MS Office programs
  • Conscientious, forward-looking and independent working style
  • Very good verbal and written expression
  • Professional and polite appearance, helpfulness, ability to work in a team and good communication skills
  • Organisational talent with positive charisma as well as reliable, independent and careful working methods
  • Readiness for daily fixed working hours from 9 to 13 o'clock
  • German language skills at C1 level
  • English language skills at B2 level
