HR Manager

The role of HR Manager is one of the most important functions in our company and reports directly to the CEO.

Your tasks

Personnel requirement planning together with the management

Main responsibility for all recruiting activities

  • Formulation of job advertisements, maintenance of the Appsfactory job page
  • Pre-selection of applications, coordination of the entire selection process
  • Conducting interviews to select the right candidates
  • Scheduling final interviews, briefing management
  • Continuous optimization of existing processes
  • Responsibility for active sourcing activities
  • Responsibility for social media recruiting (incl. company profiles kununu and XING)
  • Regular exchange with headhunters and negotiation of new framework contracts

Personnel management of over 200 employees

  • Contract drafting and negotiation
  • Responsibility onboarding incl. first feedback meetings with new employees
  • Responsibility for offboarding incl. exit interviews
  • Admin role in the personnel management tool Personio
  • Preparation of monthly salary payment in cooperation with external payroll department
  • Job evaluations and definition of salary bands with specialist department
  • Delivery of HR-relevant key figures and information

Human Resources Development

  • Conducting employee and feedback interviews
  • Continuous optimization of existing processes
  • Coordination of further training and team change measures

Actively helping to shape the corporate culture

  • Responsibility for building sustainable employee relationships and motivation
  • Conducting the annual employee survey
  • Main responsibility for organizing team events

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies with HR orientation or comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as an HR manager with generalist tasks in the personnel area
  • Experience in recruiting IT specialists
  • Experience in competent consulting of executives as well as in guiding employees
  • Basic knowledge of individual labor law
  • Nice to have: Leadership experience
  • Distinct communication and moderation skills as well as high social competence
  • Hands-on mentality, strong result orientation and creative motivation in a strongly growing, dynamic matrix structure
  • Very precise and reliable way of working
  • Very high intrinsic motivation - you want to be part of the Appsfactory success story
  • Very good German and English skills
