Assistant to CEO

(M/W/D – FULL-TIME)

Your tasks:

  • Manage and support the CEO in all areas of activity
  • Management and appointment coordination as well as support with all correspondence
  • Organization, preparation and follow-up of meetings
  • Creation of evaluations, research, statistics and presentations
  • Comprehensive coordination of special projects
  • Creation of concepts for our customers and participation in offers and offers
  • Independent execution of administrative tasks
  • Preparation and execution of travel bookings

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in business administration, business administration, law (1st state examination) or a comparable field of study
  • Relevant professional experience and successes in relation to future tasks are an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Strength in organization and coordination as well as enjoyment of analytical and conceptual work
  • Professional and polite demeanor, helpfulness and good communication skills
  • Conscientious, forward-looking and independent way of working
  • Very good user knowledge of all MS Office applications
  • Reliability and strong loyalty
  • Personality with quick reactions and the ability to maintain a good overview and a calm and confident demeanor, even under rapidly changing work demandsGerman and English language skills at C1 level
