Digital revolution for the beverage industry – Appsfactory wins gold and silver with showcase project at the German Stevie Awards 2021
At this year’s German Stevie Awards, which were presented on 17.03.2021, the jury awarded Appsfactory a total of four prizes. The company was honoured along with its client flaschenpost, for whom Appsfactory developed the flaschenpost.de app. For this, the two partners received gold in the categories “Shopping”, “User Experience” and “Most Valuable Technical Innovation”. It won the silver German Stevie Award in the category “Most Valuable Service”, a particular distinction in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“It’s always nice to win a creative award, but winning four German Stevie Awards means a lot more to us because, as a business award, it highlights the key role an app can play in the success of a start-up. My assessment of the development of the market in the context of customer-centric, digital transformation is that app-based shopping will continue to increase,” explains Dr. Alexander Trommen, Appsfactory’s CEO.
The German Stevie Awards have developed a reputation as a top-class business award for the German corporate world since 2015. Outstanding achievements are honoured in over 80 categories, from manager and marketing campaign of the year to product of the year.
