Appsfactory reinforces the management: Gunnar Hamm, the new director of Creation and User Experience
In September 2019, Gunnar Hamm, 47, joins the management of Appsfactory. Hamm will support Germany’s leading agency for digital transformation in the role of a director of Creation and User Experience. In this newly created position, Hamm takes over the management of the 20-member design and planning team at four locations: Leipzig, Hamburg, Erfurt, and Munich. He will be responsible for the strategic development of the agency in all aspects of planning and design.
Know-how from over 20 years of planning and design in creative agencies
In his previous position as a Creative Director at Cellular, which Hamm occupied since 2011, he was managing digital projects, for example, for ZDF, Budnikowsky, and TUI Cruises. Prior to that, Hamm worked as a freelancer for various creative agencies, including Neteye, Neue Digitale, Jung von Matt / Next, DDB Tribal, Elephant Seven, and Proximity Hamburg. Always focusing on his work, Hamm describes it as follows: “Creative work in the field of user experience and service design: It natively focuses on the user, and is methodically picture-perfect across all digital channels.” Numerous awards reflect the success of his work: Grimme Online Award, Red Dot Award, iF Design Award, and Annual Multimedia Award.
Ideation and creation: development of Appsfactory in all creative aspects
Above all, Hamm plans to develop Appsfactory strategically. He will be in charge of design and implementation of ideas for digital campaigns and projects. Optimising the design workflow and the corresponding tool chain will also be his responsibility. Hamm will also support Appsfactory in the area of business development, and will contribute his long-standing experience in networking and business expansion. Hamm will be speaking on behalf of Appsfactory, for the first time, at DMEXCO 2019 in Cologne on 11 and 12 September. This year, the agency will exhibit in hall 8.1, booth D028.
