APPSfactory implements app to increase the customer loyalty on behalf of Vattenfall
The new app “My Highlights“, implemented by APPSfactory on behalf of Vattenfall, offers its customers vouchers and offers as well as the opportunity to dial into their own contract area through their personal customer login. Accompanying the implementation of the mobile app for iOS and Android, APPSfactory developed a loyalty campaign management system, which enables Vattenfall´s employees to manage the partner campaigns easily.
Vattenfall´s customers have already obtained information on the diverse seasonal and permanent offers on “My Highlights“, the electricity provider´s website. From now on, the new app enables its users to benefit from the deals easily and quickly from anywhere and to redeem exclusive discounts from Vattenfall’s partners directly on site, in the store or online. Every month, new attractive offers are provided. Due to the long-term partnerships with emmy and We Park, which allow both the use of CO2-free electric scooters in inner cities and the paperless purchase of parking tickets, Vattenfall is thus contributing to a climate-friendly future.
Additionally, the app “My Highlights“ enables Vattenfall´s electricity and gas customers an easy login into the personal contract and service area. Here, the electricity contract including current instalments can be viewed as mobile version, and, in order to control the power consumption, users can scan the electricity meter via camera.
