The Vibez App offers a mobile ticketing solution for concerts and events for its visitors, thus dispensing with the usual paper concert tickets. The backend, designed by Appsfactory, also ensures that the organizer has an overview of the contingents of standard and VIP tickets already sold on the respective festival days as well as a possibility to manage the staggering of ticket prices.

Task

Classical ticketing solutions (paper tickets) such as Ticketcorner were to be replaced and completely digitalized in order to provide festival organizers with a higher margin and festival visitors with more convenience
Ticket issuing and redemption is done via 2 apps (end customer and scan app)
In the final stage of expansion, the goal was to also settle food and beverages completely cashless via the app

Results

More than 10,000 tickets sold could be traded via app sales without any problems
White labeling of the solution for other festivals
